Will 285/70/17's fit on my Tahoe if I have a set of 2 inch blocks for the rear with a T-Bar crank up front?

yep that'll work, they will fit the rear fine and depending on if your bars are saggy you may need to crank the front end a little.

If you crank it and it's too springy get some lift keys. We cranked my dads suburban to level it and to run 285s and some times it's springy going over bumps and out the driveway

I ran 305/70/17's, 285/75/16's, 285/70/16's, and 33x12.5/17's all on stock suspension with little crank to fit. All on stock wheels as well.

:word: keys are useless on OBS trucks.

you can crank to the bump stops with stock keys, or you need new torsion bars. 33" tall tires will fit with minor crank but may rub a little at full crank, wheel spacers fix this.
