They are all over ebay for our trucks.. Do they really give a noticeable power increase or throttle response difference?

If you have a TBI engine(89-95) then yes, they do make a difference...96-99 vortec= waste of money....

I have one on my 97 Vortec.... they do make a difference if you are chipped in anyway, otherwise i wouldnt bother... but it does add to the intake sound... pretty cool sounding, like a small SC lol

I have it on my TBI 5.7 and the throttle response is nice. I just did the injector spacer too and those two combined are a world of difference over stock

I have one on my vortec 5.7 because I got an air rade for TB Spacer and Air Rade CAI for $100....so it was cheap enough to do even if it doesnt work well.

Some of the 88-95 guys, I have a TB enhancer and some lighweight pulleys for sales that would wake your trucks up more. The pulleys are not underdrive, just lighweight aluminum.
