Entirely possible as when you look at the kick bolster it's molded into the dash instead of removable.

even the top gauge bezel look worked and painted.

Very tastefully done and looks OEM, until you look a little closer on the second take.

the underdash HVAC stuff would be a nightmare. Maybe they used the Holden suburban stuff?

The left side dash looks just like my 95 except without the cup holders. This is just smooth where as my 95 have the cup holders.
