my engine temperature sensor connector on the drivers side (1990 350) keeps on slipping off/poor connection. Any tricks to make it stay on? Also does this sensor work with the ECM or is it only for the dash dummy gauge?

It's for the gauge, and I would get a new plug for it, or use a zip tie.
