Suspension lift vs spindle lift

I read alot and nobody talks about which of these is better.

The truck will mostly be street driven. Long Hunting trips, some light trails, and occasional beach trips. Looking to put 35s-37s prob 35s. I want to do it one time and not regret being cheap. Whether that be spend the extra cash now and go full throttle suspension 9.5 or just get the rcd 6 in. I know two completely different lifts and sizes.
