2wd Spindle v Body Lift

Working on a vortec 454 with a body lift made it easier to access back of the intake. Otherwise everything is a bit further of a reach.

How's the center of gravity with 6 inches of lift? Do you need to be a lot more careful when turning compared to stock? Also would i need extended brake lines with 2in coils + 4in spindles?

In terms of engine and trans work,

Plan on a step stool For engine work common sense says , Unless your 6’5
It’s not bad but if you need to reach near the distributor area for anything .. you will want a boost …but oppositely Underneath is a breeze , in fact I just roll from one side to the other on my creeper clearing everything when I do any work. Just power washed my entire underside on a creeper and inner frame rails all accessible
