Before you get into this too far, change the fuel filter on the passenger side frame rail. Cheap & easy. It may be what's lowering the fuel pressure.

Thanks, I'll have to look again, even though I can't do crap till tomorrow. I was convinced that it was the FPR, but after reading a lot of different things, I'm back on the fence on whether its that or the fuel pump again :nono:

One question.. do you have a K&N filter on this truck?

Also the map senser can do what your saying also.. hard starts then running crappy..
