Stupid ignition switch question...

I, in a fit of insanity, removed the ignition switch from my truck. Now, for the life of me can't figure out how to put it back. Does anyone have a picture of how the switch mounts to the steering column along with how the linkage attaches.

I can't figure out how that blasted thing goes on!
