Speedometer off with lowpro on a 94 OBD1

Just bought my truck recently and have a huge gap between speedo and reality speed.... How does one go about adjusting this on an OBD1?

Running 235/35/19's in the rear. (94 CC dually)

Everything you need is in the link other than open the glove box unplug the VSSB and pull it out....
