Speed sensor leak

Somewhat new guy here. Been lurking a while but never posted. I bought a 1990 rcsb Dually with a 454/400 combo. Been going thru it cleaning it up (wiring, gaskets/seals etc) and have a leak coming from the speed sensor. The issue is I don’t think it’s stick by searching the interwebs for a new one. Here’s a pic and you can see the drip hanging off it. Am I right thinking it’s a mech to elec converter?

Glad you got it figured out. Wish I could of helped but I'm barely familiar with the 4l60e
