1990 K3500 4-speed Manual upgrade to 5-speed?

Hi everyone - I'm new here but I don't see an answer to this. I just bought a beautiful 1990 K3500 4x4 with 454 & 4 speed manual. The truck is awesome, but really needs a 5th gear. Are there any drop-in 5 speed manuals that will fit without modifications?

NV4500, 92-94, never done it but should be just aboot drop in....

Should be a direct fit as long as it has the external slave cylinder and check the length you my have to shorten the drive shaft don't no for sure.

A simple search of what was offered each year by Chevy or GMC for 3500 series. Before change the next gen clutch redesign.
