Skid plate washers

I’m missing the washers for the 2 upper bolts on my skid plate. Does anyone know what type they are?

Curious myself, I remember mine being somewhat of a specialty washer, and trying to determine why grade 8 hardware and lock washers wouldn't be sufficient
