Signature picture problem

I know the requirment is 700x220 or 9.8

I've tried this image as a 150x105 and it still says the image is too big. Am I going past the 9.8?

dunno what the limit is, but that picture is 81542 bytes.... or 79.6 kilobytes..

yeah, a KB is 1024 bytes... yours is about 10.5 KB
