Seat hinge bolts. Help please

I disassembled the bench seat of my heirloom 89 Sierra for new covers and padding and my hinge bolts came up missing, I can't find them any parts diagram, any help is appreciated.

The bolts have two thread diameters, a shoulder, and the take an E clip.
Not something I can pick up at Lowes.
