seafoam hydra tune??

Hey guys, has anyone ever used seafoam hydra tune in their 4L60E??

My tranny in 93 k1500 shifts rough, and I'm about to do a service on it and was thinking about using this stuff prior to servicing it. Had anyone used this stuff? Any feedback?

Personally I would not put anything in a 4L60E except Dex3 ATF. Those "cure in a bottle" products almost never help anything, and frequently make things worse.

I wouldn't say that. A bottle of Lucas in the parents' G20 van's 700R4 bought an extra year on first gear. It acted like a normal transmission after that. We never expected it to work, but it sure did something. A year later when it started slipping again we got it rebuilt.
