No, you have a hydraulic roller cam...the one you posted is a hydraulic flat tappet. And yes the ls6 springs paired with comp 787 retainers will increase the max lift of vortec heads to around .525

Would this be good

Excellent low end and mid range torque and HP, good
idle, daily usage, off road, performance and fuel efficiency,
2600-3400 cruise RPM, marine applications: primarily
used in 350 cu.in. mildly modified engines with high
flow exhaust systems, for performance applications in
light boats, 8.75 to 10.75 compression ratio advised.
Good w/small supercharger, 8 lbs. maximum boost
w/8.5 maximum compression ratio advised.

So for the comp 787, ls6 beehives, valve guide seals, and LT4 hot cam, i'm looking at roughly 550 or so. My stock rockers will work for this? This is the last question to my curious mind that i cannot find.

Im running the HT 383 cam. The HT-383 cam is pretty mild at 196/206 duration and .431/.451 lift with 1.5 rockers. Not a hot rod cam by any means but equivelent to what an RV cam used to be if not a little better. power from idle to 5200ish. Good cam for a mild build and especially if you plan on using your truck like a truck. I have a manual so i cannot gaurentee but im pretty sure your stock converter will work.

I've read from people saying the lt4 cam will work with stock convertor and some say it won't.. WTF. This is why i hate technical is because people got no idea until they do it hahaha. I just want a towing cam. a LT$ supposedly works good for a good TQ band. Right now the question is will my stock rovers work.
