Replace spare tire hoist

I hope I'm in the right forum for this, I need to replace my spare tire hoist. Does anybody know if there's an aftermarket Is part that will replace this or if it's only a junkyard item? I climbed under my truck and my spare tire was gone and the cable was snapped ... Thanks for the hell

I bought one. Was going to install it when I had the bed off for replacement. Frame broke before I could get to it.

So surprised there isn’t a tire hoist on Amazon… been trying to find one for my 98 k1500 6 lug and nothing. A bunch for 99+ sierras and 88-98 S10sbut nothing for 98!
