wel the ebay plasma says it will run on 110 as well but not as good. tho might be strong enough still.
i havent tried mine on 110 so i cannt tell ya for sure. sorry.

at least thats what that one says. i think they all pretty much same brand just different sticker on the dam box.LOL
says 110 12-14mm, 220 16mm.
some are even combo units to weld as well. the 3in1 units. i wanted one of those but didnt have the extra money for it at the time.

im not sure how thick mine will cut since i havent tested different thicknesses. but i know it does just fine on the chevy frame

Cut off wheels the easy way.. Dont cheap out on them tho, a cheap cut off wheel will wear down in like 30 seconds of cutting.. As to a good one will last a freaken hour if not binding it. And a good one is only like $1.50 and up each. lol... Ima say buy about 10-15, just cause if you buy just one or two and get into cutting.. your gonna be pissed when you have to go and get more. Spring pocket is a yes for bags, the lower A arm - gonna have to cut a notch above where it mounts to frame on each end, how much will depend on what your running and want to accomplish.
