regearing tips

[98-k1500-z71]

ive got a 1998 k1500 z71 with 3.42s and a 14 bolt rear. i was going to try and find axles with 4.10s to swap but im not sure if ill be able to so i might just regear to 4.56s for a 4 inch suspension lift (on top of the body lift i already have) and run 35s. i have some buddies that will help with the process of regearing since they have done axles on jeeps before but i was just looking for tips and/or tricks for my own personal knowledge. thanks in advanced guys. oh also this is the kit im looking at:
