Rebuild Advice for 94 tbi 350

So I've gota 94 gmc k2500, that has over 261k on the original engine. It burns plenty of everything, and its time for the rebuild. I'm looking for a relatively cheap solution that adds a good amount of power for street racing and pulling. Its paired to an nv4500, so I'm not worried on putting too much stress on the trans. I've never bought rebuild parts, so I'd like to get good info on valvetrain as well as pistons, good flowing heads, and what I should do with intake and fuel system. Any advice is much appreciated!
