Hey all,

88 and 89 have quad beam headlamps. On the original Guide bulbs, maybe even the aftermarket Sylvania or Wagner bulbs, too, is a marking that read "UF" and "LF". Anybody know what that means?

Also, what are the part numbers of the high and low beams? Are they pinned differently so you can mix them up?

Last question: Do the high beams go on the inside?

Thanks,

Easy to transpose numbers, I do it too
:doh2:

I had to read your post 3 times before I even saw my mistake. I was like that's exactly what I said

I do flip numbers alot...

I fixed it just to avoid future confusion. Thanks for catching that!

I remember having to know the different numbers for our square body Burbs. We had "round eye" , quad beams and with the '90, the little quad beams. I think I saw a couple of those on the spare parts shelf, have to see if they're good.

I looked on the shelf and all I found was the 4651-56 for the '84 Burb.... have not found anything for the little quads yet.
