Project crew cab conversion

Here's a pic of my passenger side inner fender, I made this pocket for the cold air intake, I used 16Ga. sheetmetal and steel bar stock on the edge for a nice finished look, and I dimple died some holes for the air intake. The drivers side is next.

Very nice! What did you use to soften the edges after the hole saw?

I used a flap disc to smooth the edges before the dimple die. I think it was an 80 grit.
