PROBLEMS WITH INSTALLING MY RUBBER MOTOR MOUNTS

I've installed my LM7 (5.3) engine into my 95 GMC Sierra and after looking at the mounts, the passenger side one is sitting on 3 of the 4 tabs. I tried lifting up the engine and refitting it, but it still sits on the 3. One other thing, the bolt that goes through the clamshell and rubber mount, is off, and I'm having trouble lining up the two. I'll have to wedge a block of wood in there in order to line up the holes and put the bolt through. Anybody know if I should leave it alone, and let it rest on the 3 tabs? The driver side is perfect. Thanks.
