Here is a video I did on cab bolts, I include some tips on getting broken cab bolts out. Whatever you do don't cut the broken bolt flush with the cab and hope to drill 'it out, won't work (ask me how I know) I show the outcome in the video.

I'd go this route on a regular cab truck because it'd give me the opportunity to detail the top of the frame and redo the mounts, but lifting the cab on a Yukon is a huge pain in the butt and all of my mounts are solid and don't really need replacing. Everything fits nicely and I don't want to get too carried away with it as I often do.

I'm going to take out some of the interior, peel back the carpet and weld in a new nut. Or drill through from the top, tap it out and run a new bolt through the existing nut. I'll keep you guys posted on how that works out.
