paint interior door panels?

im having trouble finding door panels(mw,ml) that are blue for this 97 k1500.anyone been successful painting them?(used of course)

I two toned mine red and black.

It was a cold day when I painted them and the only issue I have had is the seatbelt rubbing on them which eventually scratched thru the black paint. I swapped in power windows, filled the hole and repainted them and so far they are holding up ok.

You can buy color match spray paint for the interior colors. Matched my pillar mount dual gauge pod to maroon interior pretty well
