Hinges are welded to the cab. You bolt the replacements in after drilling the original welds out.

I wouldn't do all that work and replace with Dorman parts. OEM only..

The bolts that come with it are crap. I snapped two of mine because of the weld material inside the cab. They are like 1/4 thread or something. I replaced those with 9/16 grade 8 bolts and serrated nuts to hold the door, it works well
