No fuel

Hot fuel module in big blocks sure massive heat generators, a needed on restarting. But what purpose or reason after shutdown to run the fuel pump. Who cares, upon restart you have positive pressure from submerged pump. Your not switching feed and drain valves to evacuate supply lines. Are you quite sure this is the fuel pump cycling? Pump continuing to run after shutdown potential for disaster. Gotta look this up. My 98 Tahoe does not do this.
