new radio with stock cd player?

sounds kinda useless but I want to keep my stock cd player and use my aftermarket radio is there any way to convert the cd plug to rca or aux?

No. The small CD player in the lower dash is a "slave" unit with no ability to control itself. It needs communication from the factory radio to tell it what to do. I'm not aware of any options to make an aftermarket radio work with it.
