What do you guys think I should run for air pressure? the factory settings are 40psi front, 35psi back

The air pressure depends on the type of tires. The factory pressure specs are for the factory tires. I'm runnin heavy E rated commercial tires at 60-80 psi dependin on what surface I'm on.

Good looking truck. It looks a lot like my 94 except I have a 3 inch BL.

You said you thought about painting to fender trim black, but what you should do is just remove it, and remove the molding down the side of the truck. It will make a huge difference.
