new guy from Finland signing up

Greetings all,

Just signed up. Finn, born, raised and a happy owner of 'Red Dust', a '89 Sportside with appr. 190 K on the clock. A Chevy truck has been an long itch that I finally got to scratch around last June. Red Dust is not really a working vehicle, it is used for pottering about, occasional commuting, 'haps some wood or other haulage duties once in a blue moon. Mine is not in show condition but has that certain well worn look and feel that I like about in old cars.

I'm also a member of the gmtruckclub.com - a spiffing site but when I stumbled upon this forum I just had to sign up.

Agreed. I love seeing pictures of these trucks in obviously non-American settings surrounded by cars and scenery you don't see around here.
