New from Florida

Hi all. Just picked up am '89 GMC K1500, RC 5.7 auto project. Lots of cleanup and some repair before it can be a reliable hauler. The good is the body is straight with zero rust. Hoping to learn from the community.

Zero rust is good. Never spent some in Canada I am guessing. You have the right forum for Tech help.

I take back the zero rust. Pulled the battery today and the inner fender under the battery tray is pretty bad. I'm guessing battery acid damage.
