Why do you want to remove the ABS? After dealing with it on my Windstar I'm not a big fan of the ABS stuff either, but never thought about removing it.

I have also had problems with the ABS in my 2000 S-10 blazer. Pain in the ass. Never have done a removal either but this may be a start: http://www.tahoeyukonforum.com/forum/showthread.php?t=13540 http://www.pirate4x4.com/forum/chevy/764456-abs-system-removal-how-too.html http://www.summitracing.com/search?keyword=proportioning valve&dds=1 Also some thoughts on legality and safety: http://www.s10forum.com/forum/f42/is-deleting-abs-illegal-369058/ I am definitely no expert on this stuff but hope it helps.

we did it to a buddys truck. i picked up a master cylinder and a prop valve from my old 88. bolted it in and replumbed the lines to the prop valve. a little bleeding and one abs bulb removed and viola!!!! no more abs. someday i'll do it to my yukon cause the abs box took a dump.
