NBS Rear Bumper

I keep seeing people mention putting the NBS rear bumper on their OBS, but I can not find any information on what is involved in this mod.. Can someone please point me in the right direction for what this modification entails?

Thanks Horns! Seems like this is a huge PITA and think I'll be skipping this and sticking with things made for our trucks.
