I still say, just to rule out miss pinning, label each wire with circuit number, or you could label pin position. Once you find the ac clutch wires, you can check between ac and pcm with, continuity. If no continuity, you may have the wrong pin.
Most 0411 swap problems I have read about is confusing a and b connectors.
grabbed the multimeter and checked for power. With AC, heat off.
I get 0.012V idling, around 1.5K to 2k rpm it will get to 2.50 V (ish) and that's when the clutch starts trying to engage. Above about 2.5K rpm the meter says OL, open circuit?
The only reason I can think of that you would have that, is either wrong pin at pcm, or to wires shorted together. Probably easier to verify pin out with wire labels. You would probably need to unloom the harness to check for shorts, with a visual inspection of the wires.
