Magnaflow clearance issues

I’m installing a new stainless magnaflow exhaust and have run into clearance issues. The exhaust is the dual rear exit version. My truck is lowered 4” in the back and I can’t seem to get the exhaust to clear the axle and shock on the drivers side. Anyone run this exhaust? Maybe I’m running it wrong. Pictures of installed exhaust would help. Thanks
