I'm looking to pick up a LY6 Saturday that I have a deposit on. It's out of a 2007 Suburban 2500 only 88,000kms on it with 175 compression all the way around. For the engine they want $1200, but they said they will include the wiring harness and ECM for an extra 300$ and the alternator for 75$ extra.
So do I get the wiring harness with the engine, or try and go completely aftermarket?
My plans for the engine are cam, delete VVT, ls3 intake manifold, injectors, aswell as a ls6 oil pump. It will be drive by wire. I also have yet to decide on a transmission I want to run. I would also like to be able to tweak the tune through my laptop.
