ls 6.0 4l80e swap

hi I'm looking for some help here I have a 1989 chevy Cheyenne I have a 6.0 4l60e in it now but my transmission is blown now and looking to change to a 4l80e but what changes do I need to do to make it work everything on the setup that I have now works fine all I hade to do is set back the trans crossmember like a inch.
do I need a different drive shaft for the 4l80e and do I need to re position the transmission crossmember or I'm I better making my 4l60e stronger the 6.0 is stock

I'm assuming this is in a 2WD truck?

Crossmember will need to be moved, new driveshaft will likely be necessary, slight wiring modifications at the transmission connector, and the PCM tune will need to be changed to control the 4L80E. Here's a link to the wiring mods, scroll down to "Wiring Conversion."

yes is a 2wd I was hoping to use the same drive shaft thanks link very helpful
