My '96 CCLB Dually needs upper control arm bushings and ball joints. I see Moog complete control arms on Rock Auto (MOOG Part # RK621233, RK621234). Rock Auto says that they fit all of these.......

CHEVROLET C1500 SUBURBAN (1995 - 1999)
CHEVROLET C2500 PICKUP (1989 - 2000)
CHEVROLET C2500 SUBURBAN (1992 - 1999)
CHEVROLET C3500 PICKUP (1989 - 2000)
CHEVROLET EXPRESS 2500 (1996 - 2002)
CHEVROLET EXPRESS 3500 (1996 - 2002)
GMC C1500 SUBURBAN (1995 - 1999)
GMC C2500 PICKUP (1989 - 2000)
GMC C2500 SUBURBAN (1992 - 1999)
GMC C3500 PICKUP (1989 - 2002)
GMC SAVANA 2500 (1996 - 2002)
GMC SAVANA 3500 (1996 - 2002)

Anyone know for sure if that correct?

The Moog website says that for the 3500's it only fits '97-2000. Is there some difference in '96 down and '97 up?

Sorry if it's a dumb question but I'm totally confused.

That application info is suspect. It says it fits a 1995-up C1500 Suburban, which is not correct. The forged upper that goes on the 8600lb GVWR and above trucks doesn't fit below 8600lb GVWR trucks as the ball joint stud is larger; won't go in the spindle...you can install those uppers on the lighter duty trucks but you have to weld up two of the ball joint mounting bolt holes, drill new ones, in order to install the correct ball joint.

Those forged uppers *should* fit all 2WD GMT400 8600lb GVWR and above (excluding 3500HD of course), in other words 8 lug C2500, and C3500's both SRW and DRW. But if I were you, I'd check some other sources of info before buying just to be 100%.

Thanks Richard. I did have my local Oreilly's check the Moog number and they show the same applications as Rock Auto which I didn't think was correct. It was when I saw how Moog had it listed on their website that I got totally confused. I went ahead and ordered them. Worst case I can send them back.

Control arms, sway bar bushing and links etc... came from Rock Auto today. They appear to be the correct control arms for my application. Hard to beat this deal. Moog control arms for $72.71 each with bushings and ball joints.

For the prices of complete control arms on these trucks you would have to be crazy to try and fight a set of bushings in original arms instead of just buying them new lol

Yep, great deal...unless you're installing poly and don't need the OE bushings. :)

True. The OE bushings will be fine for my tow pig application plus my local Oreilly Auto wants $50 just for the Moog ball joint. I did go with the urethane for the sway bar end links and bushings though.
