I did a 14 bolt and 3/4 springs when I lifted my truck after I hated the stovk springs and lift blocks. I also changed to shackle flips to get the lift I wanted. I hated the blocks but absolutely love it with the 3/4's. It does ride bad unloaded but it no longer wallows like a pig when it's loaded up. Now it rides with 1000 lbs. in the back like it did empty before and since I haul moderately heavy loads a lot, that's fine by me. I have a friend that uses his half ton as a comuter truck and he hates my truck so it depends what you want. I load my truck to about the weight limit of a half ton a lot and don't overload it much so this works well for me. If you want greatly increased load capacity, get a 3/4 as the frame is much weaker on the halfs. The 14 bolt SF rocks too by the way.
