I have a 98 Silverado and when i turn on the high beams the low beams will sit there and flash and the high beam indicator on the dash is very dim. I figured it would’ve been my leds I put in so I put halogens back in and no difference still the same thing, but if
you wiggle the wire that connects to the bulb you can get them to work for a bit then eventually do the same thing, anyone know what the issue could be?

Check your ground connections, sounds like your high beams are finding a path to ground through your low beams.

The lights are grounded to the body behind their mounts (IIRC) on my 88. The battery has a ground wire going to the body and one to the engine, then there's a ground strap from the engine to the frame. Most of the other grounds are on or near the T-Stat housing.
