I need a door switch bezel for a 97 K3500

Guys, I'm putting power mirrors in my 97 K3500 and I need a driver door switch bezel that has space for the mirror switch. I already have power windows and locks, so I'm that far along. Anybody have a bezel they'd sell me? Interior's tan/buckskin. Can't find how to post in classifieds; guess I'm too new to the forum.

2 questions, what is the color and is it single cab or crew?

Interior is tan and its a crew cab, four door.

Let me check if I still have one when I changed mine over to the denali panels, I believe I threw it away though.
