blower motor only works on high and when it is working it’s kinda loud and a you can hear it vibrating stuff under the dash. Also when it’s on high (only time it works) it doesn’t blow too fast. Could the blower motor be bad?

Do that first and if your blower is still blowing funny or squealing or something replace the actual blower

it could have some leaves or something in it making noise. Everyone should take out the blower on occasion and clean out the area. There is no cabin filter.You can take out the blower easily. There is a fuse that feeds power to the resistor that can be checked. The blower has two wires power and ground. See if you get power on the harness plug to the blower in Low, Med1, and Med2. if not, probably the resistor. High speed power is fed from a separate fuse and don't go through the resistors.

If it is squealing (as mine is) it is most likely the motor bearings are shot and it is dragging. If you replace the resistor and the motor is dragging it will overheat the resistor and blow it again although you may have all the speeds for a short while. If it is noisy it is time to pull the blower out and replace the motor, then do the resistor while you are in there. Needless to say it would be good to clean out the heater core while you are at it (lots of directions here and on YouTube) . Good thing to have done before hot weather appears.
