None it wont budge or do anything! I cannot see it being somekind of baby car seat tiedown....

I think it’s supposed to have a rubber sleeve over it. I asked the same question a few months ago in the interior thread and only answer I got was to help pull the seat back when it’s slid forward? Other than that I’m not sure what it could be for
