Help with Wiring AVS ARC-7 to Existing Switchbox

So I just received my AVS ARC-7 rocker switch box. I want to just wire it up to my existing box wiring using the given bullet connectors. My old box (10 switch toggle box) has 4-6 wires connected to each toggle switch, compared to just the one AVS wire. How do I know which one to splice to the new ones? Trial and error?

I'm new to wiring so sorry if it's confusing. Happy to reiterate or be more specific haha.
