Help with 0411 swap

Any links for a 0411 for a 5.0? asking for a friend with a 97 k1500 with the 5.0 and 4L60E trans

I do not think so should not matter though seeing as you can make the l31 pcm work with the l30 5.0l 305

They put the 305 in the vans through 2002, just start with the 305 tune.

did not know that I have only seen the l31 with 4l60el4l80e and I think I also saw l31 manual/non E automatics o411s on ebay

Hey yall with my 97 will I need to mess with the trans range switch wires for the 0411 pcm? was reading on lextechs pinout and wasn't sure bout it.

If you want to. You can splice in at the cluster and run the 4 wires to the 0411 if you want the PCM to know what gear you have selected. I don't think it is strictly required though

alright thanks. if it isn't strictly required would it mess anything up with the computer, motor, or tranny at all?
