How would i know if a set of rims will rub on the spindles or not?

worst case scenario you will have to go to vatozone and get some cheapo spacers like hunter did....

will all 15 inch rims hit against the spindle? or are the stock ones built a certain way

A guy on fsc ran some like mine with the RC 4" kit and he said they cleared perfectly.
