Mine is a 96 K1500. The strap on right runs over to right, up a metal wire management tube and bolts to back side of passenger side head.

Ok cool so if I just run mine to frame be fine ? Doesn't goto engine?

The one from firewall goes to frame. There are others though, what truck is this?

One from firewall to frame, the other from firewall to cylinder head. TBI and Vortecs are the same way, Vortec ground straps are twice as wide.

My originals were just like yours, the ones I posted were aftermarket.
