Grab Handle

I have a 1989 Silverdo 2 wheel drive my wife has problem getting in the vehicle due to leg problems. How can you mount a grab handle on the passenger side to assist someone to get in the truck.

My inlaws always used the door as leverage. It sags worse than the drivers side because of it, but I got the truck from them for free, so I can’t complain.
