Good Quality Clutch That Wont Brake the Bank

Hey all what's a good clutch replacement for a 95 k1500 pickup? It's going behind a healthy 383 stroker with a nv3500. Should I get a stock replacement or a performance one?

I picked up a 12" Hayes Super Truck Clutch (http://www.summitracing.com/parts/hay-90-103) and flywheel (http://www.summitracing.com/parts/zzz-50-6525) when I had the 383 put in my '90 K2500. The combo works great.

What trans do you have? The nv4500 or nv3500?
