Clears have been installed a week then removed. Ambers have not been installed and still have plastic wrap on them. No hardware or bulbs. Box has been water damaged. Great Condition.

You probably never had them. A lot of places sell them in sets of 6 like this so that you have the option to put the amber pair on and so you can't come back to them saying they sold you illegal corner lights without amber reflectors.
